Anna M. Ludwikowski, LL.M, Ph.D.

Anna M. Ludwikowski is a Polish-speaking immigration attorney at Partovi Law LLC. Mrs. Ludwikowski is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She holds also a doctorate degree in law from the University of Szczecin, Poland.

Mrs. Ludwikowski has over 14 years of experience in the field of business immigration law. She has successfully obtained green cards for IT workers and business professionals through the labor certification process (PERM). Prior to joining Partovi Law LLC., she was actively involved in managing the corporate immigration accounts of Fortune 500 companies. She also represented small businesses in immigration matters of their employees. Mrs. Ludwikowski has assisted hundreds of individuals in obtaining nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence status through employment or family petitions. She has also an extensive experience with nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1 and TN visas), family based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, and naturalization applications.

For a number of years, Anna M. Ludwikowski was teaching Introduction to the American Legal System at the International Business and Trade Summer Law Program, organized in Krakow, Poland by the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law with the Jagiellonian University in Poland. In 2011, she was awarded a Fulbright grant to teach the course on American Legal System and conduct research at A.F. Modrzewski University in Krakow.
